Our Lady of Champion — Wisconsin, 1859. Ten sacred-art T-shirts inspired by the reported Marian apparition to Belgian immigrant Adele Brise near present-day Champion, Wisconsin.

According to the National Shrine’s account, on 9 October 1859 Brise reported three encounters with a woman in white. Asked who she was and what she wanted, the figure identified herself as the Queen of Heaven, asked Brise to pray for the conversion of sinners, and told her to teach children the Catholic faith.

Brise devoted her life to that work. In 2010, Bishop David L. Ricken of Green Bay declared the apparitions worthy of belief. The collection carries the story through sacred trees, golden light, botanical borders and devotional scenes.
